The mixer is equipped with a 3-speed rocker switch for control, along with a unique fingertip-action pulse switch for easy starts and stops. You can initiate or halt the mixing action in two ways: using the pulse switch or the cup guide, which can be pulled out for effortless cleaning in the dishwasher. With increased cup clearance, placing the cup without spilling ingredients has never been easier. The mixer also includes a metal stability bar (for single spindle mixer only) and a 32 oz. stainless steel mixing cup.
